This Taiwanese export has finally made its way to Hong Kong – and we LOVE the soupy, meaty goodness inside, encased in a delicate wrapper that thankfully, doesn’t break at first contact with a chopstick. Try their sautéed pea shoots and cold appetisers – absolutely fabulous.
