Gaga for Grey…Nails

It seems as though lately Lady Gaga is everywhere.  With her avant garde style and unforgettable rags, she’s definitely hard to miss.  Gaga’s latest fashion statement can be found on September’s cover of Vanity Fair magazine.  The pop star is once again making waves and starting trends as she breaks away from her usual crazy looks for a more simple yet glam image. Gaga looks beautiful on the cover with her pin straight grey hair wearing nothing but a sparkling choker.

The standout of her cover look is the grey nail polish that can’t be missed on Lady Gaga’s peace-sign-making hand.  The grey varnish with a beige tint (known as greige)  is actually pretty and lends itself to a demure and graceful look. I’m sure we’ll definitely be seeing lots of this grey colour for Fall.  You can get the look yourself with Essie’s version called Playa del Platinum.

I personally think that Gaga does look pretty with straight hair and more natural looking makeup.  I just don’t know how I feel about the grey hair, it seems a bit grandma-ish.  I do LOVE the grey nails though and will surely be flaunting the look this Fall!
