We absolutely adore events like this one and snapping up one-off vintage pieces. Hong Kong Human Rights Arts Prize 2015
Whether you’re a lover of art or not, these incredible works have been put forward for the Hong Kong Human Rights Art Prize in an effort to harness the power of visual arts and promote awareness, provoke a discussion and inspire action and change. 19 pieces have been shortlisted this year and are to be put on display for one week only, so be sure to head over and view the thought-provoking series on Hong Kong’s most vulnerable forced migrants – refugees, other people seeking protection and survivors of human trafficking.

A Trip to the Darkside
If you’re an Island dweller, we get it – Kowloon can seem like an entirely different country at times, but just this once, it’s worth taking a trip across the harbour and join Butchers Club in celebrating the opening of their new TST location. Hong Kong’s brimming with festive Christmas markets and bazaars, after all – we’re not silly – they’re the best place for getting all of our shopping done in the run up to Christmas and the food is always, always amazing. This year Hullett House are partnering up with HandsOn Hong Kong so if you can, bring a long a toy or two that can be donated at the end of the event to underprivileged children.
