		<description>As a French food (and of course cheese) lover, I can only comment &quot;yummy yummy yummy&quot;!!!! tried it yesterday &amp; loved it. makes me feel closer to home. one thing I did though is to associate the cheese &amp; bread with an apricot, cumin &amp; orange peel confit: a fruit spread which adds sweet-and-sour, half-acid, half-sweet flavours to the whole recipe!!
