Yu Chuan is very local, and staff speak very little English – but it’s worth it. The fish here is cooked in spicy oil (a jug of water to wash it down is a must!) whilst the cold tripe dish that we tried could completely change a person’s perspective of offal. If you follow these intructions, your night will be a scrumptious one!
