Located in the heart of Wan Chai in a three-storey heritage building, Yin Yang is all about local organic ingredients. The owner, who used to cook in a small village, has bought her skills (such as stone grinding) and knowledge to the big smoke. Dishes are individually made by the chef herself whilst the waiters can explain the provenance and story behind each dish; real heart and soul has gone into this restaurant, from farm-to plate, even if the food isn’t toi everyone’s taste.
