Tsui Wah is located in the epicentre of Central, amongst the hustle and bustle of Wellington Street. The menu has grown into an extensive selection over the five decades it has been around, serving up the archetypal Western-Chinese cha chaan teng blend of cuisine. This chain can be found everywhere, but the Central branch is where it’s at, catering for the LKF clubbers with their specialities of eggs, wonton soups, noodles and toasties… Oh, and did I mention that it’s open 24 hours?! It’s a Hong Kong institution!
