The Pawn in Wan Chai (and no, it’s not what you’re thinking!) is housed in a beautifully-restored 19th century heritage building. This huge complex is spread over 3-storeys, comprising of a relaxed 1/F Botanicals bar for drinks, and a 2/F Kitchen restaurant. The British cuisine on offer, curated by English Michelin Star Culinary Director Tom Aikens, is more refined and lighter then the British food you might be used to… except for the fabulous fish and chip dish that everyone raves about, of course!
