Spring Deer is one of those classic Hong Kong restaurants that has developed a reputation of a necessary dining stop for both locals and tourists. It has little to no décor, but that’s not exactly what you head over here for. Prepare for a fantastic Peking duck experience, along with tonnes of other dishes on offer. The huge circular tables are great for a loud and boisterous group dinner and work well with fun duck pancake-making and other family-style dishes.
