This 2-Michelin restaurant is overseen by the world-renowned Alain Ducasse, whose expertise is responsible for training many a world class chef. The setting is unbeatable with views over Hong Kong Island, the service is impeccable and the decor stylish and glamorous and worthy putting on your finest attire for. However, the food is extremely expensive so this is a real treat yourself location. Whilst the tasting menu offers up a lot of food, we would say that for the price, you’re best going a la carte and ordering dishes you know you’ll love.
