While it’s a bit of a trek to get to this Hyatt Regency restaurant in Sha Tin, this lucky 18 (the number in Feng Shui means good fortune) plates some great Cantonese and Northern Chinese dishes. The Peking duck is a crowd pleaser especially if you’re coming with guests, and the open kitchen layout makes the wait for your food much more enjoyable – check out the knife skills on these chefs… they’ll be a blur, they’re moving so fast!
