Within the Shangri-La hotel, this restaurant oozes luxury. In Petrus, it’s the little things that win us over: the seaweed butter, the variety of table salts, and the painstaking presentation of each course. It’s a sophisticated crowd that gathers in the chandelier-heavy and plush carpeted room, but the waiters aren’t snobbish in the least – something very refreshing in the upmarket restaurant scene.
