Pololi arrived on the island of dragons in September 2014. Conceptualised by a group of young executives who found themselves in Hong Kong, missing food from their magical islands.
Earlier in 2013, the Pololi ohana found themselves on the Big Island and took the chance to visit all the best poké restaurants. 60 bowls later, they took to their home kitchens and developed the signature Pololi recipes that you can taste at the store.
The recipes draw inspiration from the traditional tastes of Hawaiian Poké and have been tailored to suit the Asian palette.
