With one Michelin star and a mission statement claiming to offer contemporary Chinese cuisine in a cutting edge interior, Nanhai No. 1 is the most exciting new offering from Elite Concepts. The focal point of the menu is seafood, and exciting offerings include braised garoupa fin with bamboo and tea smoked chicken. Nanhai aims to rival Hutong and Aqua and it’s doing a very good job with mesmerising views, classic but somehow exceptional dishes and very well trained staff.
