This is part of a mainland restaurant chain so that explains the tradition behind the name and the food. Nan Xiang was founded back in 1900 in a small town so they have obviously had enough time to perfect their food; especially their much loved steamed buns. This is a well-established restaurant that has gained international recognition, so no doubt the food must be scrumptious.
