La Paloma

La Paloma is the brainchild of Chef Willy Trullas Moreno, the man behind FoFo by el Willy, and Chef Alex Fargas, the head of the Spanish Chefs Association in Asia. Expect a ‘sexy tapas restaurant’ right next to the Sai Ying Pun MTR, which will be serving up Spanish favourites like huevos, paella and roasted pigeon (staying true to its namesake!).
