Lau Kin Wai, the owner of Kin’s Kitchen, is also the founder of Hong Kong’s first private kitchen, Yellow Door. Another notch on Wai’s belt is the Michelin star that his restaurant was awarded in 2011. The traditional Cantonese food is cooked and presented in a way that will bring the best taste out of the ingredients. The meal starts off with traditional appetisers such as cubed beef in gravy tinged with garlic and soy, leading into the mains – the signature smoked chicken and duck stuffed with rice and lotus.
