Jumbo Kingdom Floating Restaurant

Bobbing just off Aberdeen Harbour, Jumbo is one of Hong Kong’s big tourist dining attractions. While it’s not exactly a culinary treasure, it still reels us in with its ridiculously overdone décor. We say everyone should check it out once just to say they’ve been and with diners including Queen Elizabeth II to Tom Cruise, it’s clearly the place to be seen. The food is good but standard (and pricey!), yet the restaurant makes up for it in its outrageous over-the-top setting. Feast with your eyes instead and don’t forget to bring the camera – you’ll want the memories.
