For a Cantonese cha chan teng affair, Hung Hing is an obvious favourite, run by some of the friendliest locals we’ve come across. The steamed fish is a total bargain at about $60 including rice, chinese broth and a plate of steamed veggies. Not a fan of the rice? Then try to the tasty dry fried noodles with beef and eggplant – this is sure to become a Sai Ying Pun favorite of yours too!
