Amy, a self taught cook, has turned her business into one of Hong Kongs must popular vegetarian kitchens. If you’re a dedicated and passionate vego, this is the place to go, but make sure you book a whole six months in advance (yes you heard correctly!). It’s all about seasonal vegetables and fresh local produce, minus the MSG and fake meat products we find so much in HK.
