It is a fact universally acknowledged, that nowhere in the world loves Mexican food as much as America (sorry Mexico). Thankfully, three of these aficionados made their way to Hong Kong, and brought their Mexican (and Korean) goodness with them. The menu offers standard American/Mexican fare like Huevos Americanos – sunny-side up eggs with crispy bacon, refried black beans, salsa, and all the good stuff on top of corn tortillas – and Korean fusion, like a Kimchi Quesadilla and Kimchi Fried Rice, all with home-made kimchi!
